3 QTR result Net profit of $3.1M is still slightly better than 2nd qtr $3m. NAV of 73.68 cents. expect the price to stabilize and move up to 73 cents. Recently, comp bought bk shares of 80 - 84 cents. long term will see it goes back to 80 - 90 cents. |

Apple releasing result next wk + new Ipad launching next wk may boost the share prices higher. Hi-P may also benefit.Hi-P will still be reporting slightly lower Profit(1st Nov) but still better than last year result. Don't worry too much abt I-phone 5C not so well received. At least 5S is still in high demand and is basically out of stock which may boost up the demand again. Looking at 75 - 80 cents TP.

3Q2013 vs 3Q2012 Revenue for 3Q2013 is higher as compared to 3Q2012 as previously guided. The Group expects to report a similar profit in 3Q2013 as compared to 3Q2012, instead of a higher profit as previously guided. This is mainly due to the Group expecting an inventory provision of approximately S$4.4 million in 3Q2013 as a result of a decrease in orders from one of its existing customers. 2H2013 vs 1H2013 Base on information currently available and barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Group expects to report higher revenue but lower profit for 2H2013 as compared to 1H2013. Further details of the Group?s financial performance will be disclosed when the Company finalises

Entered at 745 and didn't sell when it reached 780... Checked their 2013H1 report and found their EPS as low as 2.2cents for H1. The full year EPS is around 5 cents, which translates into P/E of 13.6, still a bit higher than its peer such as Foxcomm. Loosing patience and confidence liao
