to underwrite in full the balance of up to 174,401,709 Rights Shares, representing the Rights Shares which are not subject to the irrevocable undertakings given by the Undertaking Shareholders. (Closing price: $0.135)

Intangible assets comprised goodwill of $171.09 million arising from the acquisition of the Acquired
Entities, brand name of $8.00 million and computer software and others of $0.10 million.

so it will take how long to earn that back???

latest bs data Q2 ;Intangible assets =$176,499,000,Total Equity= $141,888,000

This implies u have negative NTA

this is taken from propectus

Non-current assets comprised property, plant and equipment, intangible assets and deferred tax assets.
As at 31 December 2007, our total non-current assets of about $182.72 million accounted for
approximately 85.20% of our total assets.
Intangible assets of $179.19 million constituted 98.07% of our total non-current assets while property,
plant and equipment accounted for $3.35 million or 1.83% of total non-current assets and deferred tax
