Wait till you see what the EGM proposals are for Global Invacom ... I would not put it past the board to massively dilute the interests of public investors, and try and buy back publicly held shares cheaply in order to strengthen the directors % holding [and reduce public % holding] . The track record for Radiance shareholders has been dreadful, and the management track record has been [very] patchy .. 60% share price crash after IPO [!!!], $20m loss last year. |
