This on every funny,,,a lot chart and shortish sell and sell but went price at 0.079cts and o.080 than stop Liao.....after buyer hoot up 0.080 ,0.081,0.082,0.083 than seller come out but at 0.079-0.90 sure hot buyer come out sure buy one,,,,,,from here may be some good news is coming and buyer keep very very low profile,,,,I'm wonder someone Is accumulate low profile and very patience keep buying ,,,,,she keep buying quite long almost every time the price dump or deep she come out big volume wall at bottom,,,,,,,,so call Great Wall accumulate

SGX/MEDIA RELEASE – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
ecoWise completed acquisition of a 24MW biomass co-generation power plant in Shandong, China Singapore, 3 June 2013 – ecoWise Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (“ecoWise” or the “Group”), a SGX-Mainboard listed and Singapore based resource recovery, renewable energy and integrated environmental management solutions provider, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, ecoWise New Energy Pte Ltd, has completed the acquisition of 99% share capital in Hivern Investments Pte Ltd (“Hivern”) on 30 May 2013. The remaining 1% share capital in Hivern shall be transferred to ecoWise New Energy Pte Ltd when the shares become unencumbered at a later date. Hivern’s wholly owned subsidiary, Changyi Enersave Biomass to Energy Co. Ltd (“CEBEC”), owns a 24 megawatts (“MW”) biomass co-generation power plant (the “CEBEC Plant”) located within the industrial park in the Changyi Binhai (Lower) Economic Development Zone in Shandong province. CEBEC holds a business operation licence with validity up to October 2027 to carry out renewable energy electric power and heat generation using crops straw, forestry wastes and other biomass feedstock. With the acquisition of CEBEC Plant, the Group now owns a total of four power plants under its renewable energy business segment, including two fully owned biomass power plants in Singapore, at Sungei Kadut and Gardens by the Bay, as well as a 49% owned coal-fired power plant in Wuhan, China. The power generation of CEBEC Plant comprises electricity and steam. The CEBEC Plant was operating intermittently in the past mainly for plant performance testing purposes and had stopped operating activities since November 2011 due to cessation of funding support from its previous shareholders. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Group estimates that post-acquisition, CEBEC Plant may take approximately 12 months lead time before commencing operation. Upon achieving steady operation of the CEBEC Plant, it expects to generate revenue from sale of electrical power to the state-owned power grid of Shandong province and sale of steam to industrial operators at the industrial park in the Changyi Binhai (Lower) Economic Development Zone. “We would like to thank our shareholders for their support of the acquisition of the CEBEC Plant. |

Bro low volumme can't go up n if mkt lau sai will drop further. The most 0.82/0.83 will dump aredi n yet need to Q in advance...susah to sell like tat. $$ will get stuck. Wait when u see heavy dumping then if u feel like scooping some than will b better....looking ard 0.75. Furthermore earnings dropping. Look into other better counter
