Like got a bit of strenght. BB pumping it again. By end of the day like yesterday, it will go below yesterday's closed. :) Yesterday went back up to 47 cents then by end of the day - goes all the way to 43 cents. Lower then the day before close of 44.5 .......... |

The other thing I noted is that, NONE of the brokerage houses put up any news about DMX's ADR. Nothing at all. When other stocks dual listing, usually brokerage houses like DBS Vickers will release report , recommend to buy and set a target price. For DMX - Nothing. Even local brokerage house have no interest in its ADR listing. Maybe they know DMX cannot make it. Even when KDDI RTO it, non eof the brokerage house highlight it in their daily report on stocks market. genting all this got. Even sound global have. DMX. even local brokerage house have no interest in its activity at all. |

Even the ADR - No sales, no one buys BUT the bid / ask date still is 24th Sept. Even the manager of the ADR don't bothered to update the bid and asked dats- remain 24/sept. Strange. The way the company list it on ADR , never do a thorough think thru on how to do it.. They thought just list and people will buy. It reflects very badly on their preparation and mentality.- really. No publicity. after list then try to do the publicity and do road show. Buy the time. Local price which is a bench mark for market value- fall untill so much. Sorry to hear all your sad stories, no matter how bullish the market is, still money management plays a part, together with TA skills. I have entered at 0.355 after it triggers 0.345, waited few days and suddenly cheong up so fast. Set limit at 0.40 and get stop out (think I was not greedy enough). Entered again at 0.425 when I see the momentum still increasing and took profit around 0.51. However, the third round went in too high at 0.56 immediately drop back and never gone back. So quickly cut loss at 0.52. Luckily I did that if not next day drop all the way! So when it close low after surging so fast it's best to take precaution.

same here... can't believe in 4 days I have lost 10K. bloody genting HK as well.. bought at 0.51... cut at 0.48... contra lost about 1.6K.... I vomit blood soon.

I feel for you... got in at .49 sold at .465 cut loss...
other loss is Genting HK @ .48 still holding, Juitian Chemical @ .09 still holding, China Hong Xing @ .22 damn alot and still holding... man I seem to be bleeding here and well a noob is a noob :P If all gain where can so people like myself paying a high high price for tuition... Think of letting go of Genting HK too and wait till lowest to grab more... should be around .35 +- I guess but who know????

Gone case already. But today high volume leh. Lot of dumping. Tomorrow maybe touch 40 cents..... and then back to 32-33 cents.........before the ADR. Now also ZERO volume. No quee, no one keen to buy. Wonder who bought on day 1 ? Insider is it - just to show hands. But wonder, who's share is that when someone bought that day - as no share is transfered to the manager from shareholders. When someone bought, who's share from CDP would be deducted Then th erest of the holder's share hold to transfer to offer on ADR ? No guide at all. The management don't care about the rest of the small shareholders. Only their own shares transfer to trade on ADR but no one buy also ? But why they list on ADR but never make clear to all holders how to assurance and how to cancel and back to normal shares. The way they handle and arrange for this ADR is bad lar. not enough info to shareholders. No initial publicty like road show before date of listing. a bit screwed up like that. |

Maybe only when the company is a well established one like Addidas or the likes. If its not an American company, its traded more hours. In their now listed country and the OTC(continues trade by American investors). It directly can impact on the price if there are good news release after trading close on its listed country. Certain stocks especially deals in oil or gold........political news can have impact on its price one. Then can see the difference. DMX's business to the American may not be interesting enough cause there are lots of other bigger companies dealing in the same thing or even better ? Like Sinotel. After its ADR. hardly active. Trickle ones in a blue moon some investors buy then no activities for a long time. This type of company, getting on the ADR is a waste of resources only.

The bidding and asking price at ADR is the same as the last closing price. Looks like it follows the local market value. if drop fi\urther, the ADR cheaper. But cheaper also good. it makes it attractive.. to investors when it ses its potential. The bad thing about the company is , while its cash rich, after the japan's KDDI RTO it with hard cash NOT share transfer yet. 100+ US Millions, the CEO did not even take out 5 or 10 million to distribute as good will to shareholder. and when make so much profit at end of the year Never even declare dividents.......... Being shareholders are like suckers, when they need money, they issue rights or sell alot of new shares to company wanting to invest in it... or issue right share to shareholders, but when it get more then 100 million USD millions, one cent also never distribute to shareholders as good will. Is that good ? Always claim it increase profit after tax and revenues, good news but doesn't come with reward for shareholders. One CEO says, company that share profit through dividents are good company. 100 USD million in Bank, want to use as over heads. I am not sure now really. why the company never take care of its shareholders, and seem take them for granted. There is not much news before this ADR, NO EGM, out of the blue announce, ready for ADR... just distribute FAQ and announcement of commence and talk about benefits of ADR... Next AGM someone must bring up the matter. How much money is spent to be on ADR system. maybe shareholders have given the company's board the right to make decision onn their behalf without having to get their approval; ? Like that they can do whatever they want la ? Come to think about it, very toolan leh :) |
