Hong Kong will be announcing its GDP at 4.30pm today. Expect the market to "Cheong" some more. Chip Eng Eng's 4 cents EPS this half is excllent as compared with ParkWay's 2.63 cents. In line with TiongWoon, CES should test the 60 cents soon. |

Report from Westcomb. Clinched $123.5m, accounting for 60% of our estimated contract wins for '08, contract from HDB. Contract win brings order books to $755m as at Jun 08. Existing order books are expected to be recognised over the next two to three years. Gross margins for public projects are likely to remain stable at around 5%, as increase in raw material prices will be protected by fluctuation clauses. We estimate that public projects account for about 60% of the Group’s existing order books.
Maintain BUY recommendation with price target of $0.67. |

did you see the article in ST this am. They said that construction is slowing down. Despite that the companies said that they are still very stretched at this moment and they are surprised to see such data. |

chipchip66 Senior yep i am invested. i m unsure if i want to hold on to the stock or unload. it seems like a good stock to hold on for long term, maybe 4-5 yrs. |

Hi chipchip66 Tks for your comment. Vested 20 lots at $0.23 and 38 lots at $0.22, but sold off 38 lots at $0.27 heart pain, cos still went up further, anyway, hope u have a chance to buy in the coming week. |

hi robinpang, tks for yr compliments! Are u vested in CES? Unfortunately i am not vested yet. Looking at how it performed today, i believe it can still go further by the vol created the past 2 weeks. Maybe I will accumulate it when there is a weakness in the market.Cheerz! |
