China Yuanbang Property Holdings expects FY 2007 to perform better than FY 2006. It is currently developing a project in Nanchang and expect to start pre-sales activities in Q4 2007. The company reported an 855.6% rise in Q3 revenue to RMB 81.4 mln. The handing over of Yuanbang Mingyue Gardens was the major revenue contributor. Net profit was RMB 14.6 mln, over the previous year's net loss of RMB 862,000. The business generated RMB 92.4 mln compared to the RMB 24.3 mln it made in the same period last year. |
