ADR - China Taisan Post Reply Rate topic

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	lol that is the purpose of me to post this thread....Why should China Taisan sold its shares so cheap to BP Baron? why should they did it to benefit them? Is BP Baron going to help them to apply for ADR? (merely my perception) Fundamentally, it is not cheap at all as its PE is about 12 times (calculated based on the past two quarter plus assumption made that the nxt two quarter will be as least as good as the past) Compared to Sinotel, the PE was just 3-4 before the new of ADR was released. Even thru recently it had surged so much to 60 cts yet its PE is just 6-6.5....Both applied for the ADR but obviously the latter will gain advantage over the former as it is still cheap and got the growth....Imagine u r the US investor, will u do all these simple cals prior to buying any ADR ? chinton86      ( Date: 14-Oct-2009 01:00) Posted: Just be careful when trading these counters. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Ever since Sinotel sold some of its share to BP Baron, US institutional Investor, it had announced to apply for ADR....Now is China Taisan's turn, it had sold some of its shared to BP baron as well.....what's next ? guess what? China Taisan applied for ADR as well....i am wondering in the end of the day, how many of them will be able to be granted the ADR by NYSE......
