Westcom has a tgt price of $1.04. I think the BB are still vested. Ethanol and related product play still intact. With ethanol production approve by the govt it would be even better. However the draw back would be the increase in corn prices. Price would have to depend on your horizon I would put it as a short medium term play maybe 3-6 months. Overall I think the PE is undemanding I think about 10X compared to listed chinese stocks in Shanghai. Exchange. I am not a TA guy. Vested |

I would wait for awhile, bec it has risen from a low of about 0.535 to today's price after the acquisition of a plant in LiaoNing. Unless you are a TA guy and can see a buying opportunity. There is a wealth of other posts on the same thread ChinaSun cheers |
