Unfortunately it did not break out.   Instead it broke down forever until this day 5 years todate. Today saw nearly 1 million shares traded with most of these marries deals ( traded with an X?). Highest was 0.066 and lowest 0.05 cents. Company lost money but NAV of   1.90 CNY is equivalent to 39 cents Singapore dollar ($0.389) , according to its annual report. Qrt April 2013, so this counter is grossly undervalued to extreme.   Can buy for its worth, but have to hope that it can make money in future. Hahaha.. .

Subject to Shareholders' approval, the Company proposes to implement a scrip dividend scheme ("Scheme"). The proposed Scheme, when approved by Shareholders and adopted by the Company, will provide an opportunity for Shareholders to make an election to receive dividend in the form of new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("New Shares") credited as fully paid, instead of cash, subject to such terms and conditions of the Scheme as may be approved by Shareholders. The proposed Scheme will enable Shareholders to participate in the equity capital of the Company without having to incur transaction or other related costs. The Company will also benefit from the participation by Shareholders in the Scheme as, to the extent that Shareholders elect to receive dividends in the form of New Shares, the cash which would otherwise be payable by way of dividend will be retained for the Company's use to fund the Company's growth and expansion. The retention of cash and the issue of New Shares in lieu of cash dividend under the Scheme will also enlarge the Company's share capital base and strengthen its working capital position. In connection with the Scheme, the Company has submitted an additional listing application to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") for the admission to the Official List of the SGX-ST of the New Shares to be issued pursuant to the Scheme. Details of the Scheme will be set out in a Circular to be despatched to Shareholders at a later date. The Company will convene a special general meeting at a later time and place to be announced to seek Shareholders' approval for the Scheme. If the Scheme is approved by Shareholders and adopted by the Company, it is intended that the Scheme be applied towards any future dividend declaration to be approved by Shareholders for the financial year ended 31 October 2006.
