 Alert Admin 		Chartered Semiconductor says it has rolled out an enhanced version of its 65-nanometer (nm) low-power (LP) process, called 65nm LPe.

It said the 65nm LPe process significantly improves system-on-chip standby power consumption by up to 50%.
