Criteria for mainboard..(.1)co need to have at least 1000 shareholders in their register. (2 )Cumulative consolidated pre tax profit of at least S$7.5million for the last 3 years and a minimum pre tax profit of $1mil for each of those 3 years, (3) cumulative consolidated pre tax profit of at least $10mil for the last 1 or 2 years and a market cap of at least $80mil. BKM pretax profit FY 04, Fy05, FY 06 are $2.4mil, $$2.98mil and $4.58mil respectively and up to 3Qtrpretax profit $8.51mil and BKM is the 26l argest in terms of mkt capitalisation for SESDAQ counters and come Dec 17 Catalist will replace Sesdaq(source EDGE Maz for Dec3 -Dec 9.can anyone here check whether BKM has 1000 shareholders now that its stocksplit shares hsa been credited into CDP and BKM has a new paid up capital of 384,708shares(previously 128,236).It is worth holding on to the shares as when it moved to mainboard say 1 to 2years time share price can move towards 80cts again. |
