Aspial is a better buy than Moneymax as Aspial owns Maxicash and last year gave special dividend as the proposed 1 for 5 bonus did not go thru,The director Koh Wee Seng has been buying 40-41cts and results will be out Aug 15,interim.1q!3 earnings increased by 33% to S$10.69mil | ||||

Mr Koh Wee Seng bought 24/6 400lots at 40cts,25/6 500lots at 40cts and 26/6 500lots at 40cts..his holding is 248.8mil shares,yet the price of Aspial dropped to 39cts but it should recover to 40cts | ||||

Edge maz... Koh Wee Seng CEO has been increasing his stakes by purchasing 6.6mil shares on 4 occasions at 41.75cts to 43cts,and increasing his direct stakes to 15.09% establishing himself as the co's largest individual investor.Aspial is known for its boutiques such as Aspial,Lee Hwa Jewellery,Gold Heart Jeweller and Citigems.Its latest ppty development Cardiff Residence East Village and 8 Bassein.It also joitly developed Parc Rosewood and Urban Vista with Fragrance and will be booking its revenue and profit from FY 2013 to FY 2015 for the units sold in accordance with their stage of completion.For 1QFY 2013 ended March 31.Aspial reported 33% increase in earnings to $10.7mil..over the next 12 months Aspial will be launching projects in Jalan Jurong Kechil,Key Point, and Tai Keng Court,and at current point potential sales revenue attributed to the group is estimated at $1billion |

From " the edge singapore magazine" Written by Gwyneth Yeo Monday, 20 May 2013 13:31 Billionaire Koh Wee Meng raises stakeholdings in Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels Koh Wee Meng, founder and chairman of property developer Fragrance Group, has been building up his direct stakes in his property and hotel businesses. On May 13, Koh acquired three million shares of Fragrance for 25 cents each. That purchase raises his final direct shareholding to 4.9 billion shares, or 73.3% of the company. Together with his wife Lim Wan Looi, he owns 84.2% of Fragrance. If that the case Aspial may be a better buy..bottom at 41cts . |

Look at biz times dated 13May..the way Mr Koh Wee Meng bought back Aspial shares.Aspial announced on May 8 a 47% increase in first qtr profit of $12.269mil.Investors shd take not base on the past every time he bought back Aspial,the latter will go up by an average 8%..Looks like Aspial like GPH is tightly controlled by him..unlikely to drop much but uptrend also snail pace but hve regular interim/final dividends-another form of REIT | ||||

accumulation phase at 0.405 base. very long already. trading cum dividend. diamond industry doing well and for property wise. star vista sellign well. i believe waiting for break above 0.42. i have vested at 0.405 10 lots for kopi money | ||||

Biz Times today reported Koh Wee Meng bought 1 mil Fragrance at 26cts on 25 Mar..he has 4.918billion shares or 73.25% of issued capital and indirect interest 734.6mil shares or 10.94%..wow he controls about 84% of total shares in Fragrance-to prevent it for dropping after so many rounds of bonus issues..he looks like his brother Koh Wee Seng is applying same strategy to Aspial-whose world class lt has sold well the Urban Vista...hope Aspial moves up higher soon ..Aspial much less shares than Fragrance,latter has even more shares than Capital land & Keppel Corp combined,that's why difficult to move...but for GP Hotel still has upside if they declared bonus issue-matter of time only..see Maxi Cash first year of ipo already declared1 for 5 and next financial year another 1 for 5 | ||||

Went up so much..wad u think of Aspial..Koh wee seng every week he bought..going to give 1.8% dividend soon for FYE Dec 2012...pte placement at 42cts not long ago,rights at 38cts ..limited downside from here

i.e $18 per $1000 shares..by then aspial shd move higher from current 41.5-42cts trading range..Mr Koh has been buying,its rights just concluded at 38cts so limited downside for Aspial-its subsidiary World Class team up with Fragrance to sell Urban Vista..doing very well in today's ppty mkt despite anti speculative measures
