You can just get your CDP account number and pay at OCBC or UOB ATM by keying in ur CDP number and your name will appear ( it is under MORE SERIVICES and then click investment then RIGHTs APPLICATIOn)   After that you may key in the amount of SINGHAIYI R shares that you are given in your CDP.
