Is Biosensors a good buy?

 Alert Admin 		CB medicals is eyeing Biosensors world wide distribution networks and also when Biosensors launch new products next month it with boost share price to next levels. $1.05 could be a good price for CB to own Biosensors.

Friend starlene, you have already made some money on your 50 lots. Now at 0.98 stock price, your losses on the last 100 lots are down to $2000. Are you waiting to make more money as price moves up to $1.05 or even $1.15 due to bullishness caused by CB Medical's takeover of 25% stake in Biosensors? I want to watch your trading technique. HK$2,420.8 million) was determined between the parties after arm?s length negotiations 
having considered the prospect and future of Biosensors. The Purchase Price of S$1.05 per 
Sale Share represents a premium of approximately 11.7% to the closing price of S$0.94 per 
share of Biosensors as quoted on the SGX on 21 November 2013.
The aggregate Purchase Price of US$312,283,973.44 (equivalent to approximately 


HK$2,420.8 million) will be settled in cash on the Completion Date.

 

Theoretical share price should head to $1.05 if not higher

Fresh out this morning. Majority shareholder Shandong Weigao has agreed to dispose its entire 21.7% stake in Biosensors to CB Medical Holdings for US$312.3m. This transaction values Biosensors at $1.05 per share, a premium of 12% to its last closing price. Source:Maybank KE.

 Alert Admin 		Hope the news can sustain Biosensor on the uptrend and in fact it was indeed over sold all the way from 1.30 plus down to about 80cts despite the daily buybacks and also some funds had already sold...recalled last year Nov-Dec $1.08-1.12   I bought and sold along the way..last year was first time Biosensor institute its daily buy back..if can cross $1.05   may let my profit ride but now smarter if dropped below 95cts will cut
