I remembered Mr Eng bought some shares through open market this year at slight higher price than now. My only concern was the warrants. Still got 3b shares yet to be converted... Anyone can share how much they have to pay to convert those warrants? And the price they bought the warrants? My personal view is China is alway difficult to do business as their are very smart crocodiles waiting to eat you. But its a business Mdr have to venture in if they want to do big. Looking at the chart like  waiting for third wave of cheong to bring it above $0.02. 1) Final stage of completion of first stage of aquisition of Quanli Group. Will make annoucement upon legal completion 2) mDR is still in negatiation with other phone manufacturer including Samsung for Myanmar business. Will make annoucement when they execute the definitive agreement. 3) In terms of Microsoft buying Nokia, they have not receive any notice from Nokia yet. 4) Third quater result annouce 8 Nov.
