Hope to clarify something here, pls kindly help. My understanding of the warrant is that the exercise price is 0.10 per warrant. Thus, it will be practical to exercise it if the mother share price appreciates to > 0.10 so that there will be a profit. On the other hand, if one chooses not to exercise it, the individual can always sell off the warrant like ordinary stock at its current trading price i.e. currently each warrant is worth 0.028 and 10000 will be equivalent to $280 if you sell off thru the open market. Thus, if now I have chosen to sell off the warrant, I'll get a few hundred bucks kinda like a small incentive.
