Technically, the mother share price will be stable as the company financial has improved after shareholders inject $13mil via rights issue. With more shares in market, there is increased buying interests from public due to more liquidity. Share price will likely rise gradually and trade above support level of 6.5 cts.

x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	I am no expert but saw this useful guide on converting warrant to shares Step 1: Find out who your warrant agent is from  http://www.sgx.com/wps/portal/marketplace/mp-en/products/securities_products/company_warrants Step 2: Call your warrant agent up. The phone number is listed on the website above. You will need to get them to send you the exercise notice form. Give them your address, and they will mail it to you accordingly. Step 3: Apply for a cashier's order from your bank. The amount on the cashier's order is equal to the value of the warrants to be converted. Cashier's orders can be ordered using internet-banking for free. I went with DBS. However, the cashier's order from internet banking can only be collected at a few branches. Do check out with branches are available before applying.  A $5 surcharge is chargeable if it is applied at the bank itself and not through internet banking. Step 4: Fill up the exercise notice form when you receive it, which will include your name, address, securities account number, and the number of warrants to be converted. Step 5: Prepare an envelope, and put your completed exercise notice form, together with your cashier's order into the envelope. Although it is mentioned in the CDP website that your latest account statement is needed, in actual fact, it is not. You do not need to send it to the warrant agent. However, this is my information from calling up the warrant agent for Saizen Reit. It would be prudent to confirm with your warrant agent. Step 6: Affix a stamp and send your exercise notice! .

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It is cheaper to buy rights shares if your intention is to own the mother shares  (not trading). No need to buy mother shares. You can pay up the right shares and convert to mother share at 3.5 cts via ATM. You have 2 free warrants after doing this and these two warrants can be converted at 1.75 cts per share within 2 yrs.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Thanks, Bro Smartrader. To sum up i.e. since today's close on rights 0.126, plus mother share at 0.07 = 0.196, then divided by 3 and it gives 0.065. So, 0.065 will be the 'base' price to start off the day tomorrow.?

But it has ald dropped n is climbing back to where it has fallen. 13 Sep is just the last date to trade n if u r the one holding the rights, wld u wait or throw immediately? Once u throw, the px drops n since it's px had dropped, assumed large amt had ald been thrown. Furthermore, it's human to lock in profits n when stk px moves down, ur reflex is to throw them out. Summary...no cause to worry...movement is minor. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	No.  Based on today's mother share closing at 7 cts, the rights share should trade at 14 cts technically   (closed at 12.6 cts today).    However, there is always a gap between the two as traders due to supply and demand. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If you buy at 12.5 cts, your average price is 12.5 + 7 cts divide by 3 = 6.5 cts per share.  Your upside is for mother share price to go up to theoretical price of 8.8 cts (which is still possible).  Whether it can go any higher depends on market perceived value of the company business.
