beware....dun sell your bouns share now as its not credited into your cdp account. i believe they will send letter to inform.....it will not be reflected.....

If anyone can help to explain. I've got one lot of Ezion. What does it mean for every 5, you get one? Does it mean I will get 200 shares on the 11th of Nov? Which is to say, I see 1000shares x 1.2, $sgd2.01 x 1.2 also.. Please advise! Thank you |

ocean sky VS. yhm as EZION's arms. Which one is worth buying at current price .27 vs .054, which one is of better prospect? I have not monitored ocean sky but at current price seems to be expensive. Will it go down near .108 with current bearish market sentiment? |

Ezion / Ocean Sky: CIMB maintains its high conviction O/p call on Ezion with $2.68 TP. Note that the restructuring of Ezion?s marine supply base business via a special purpose vehicle will enable the company to focus its resources on expansion of its service rig business while allowing it to continue reaping benefits from other business opportunities. Add that the restructuring, should also see the next shift in Ezion?s focus ? from a service rig owner (provision of vessel only) to an operator (provision of both crew and vessel). Secondly, OSI will be able to develop the marine base using its own balance sheet, without stretching Ezion?s balance sheet or human resources. On completion of the acquisition, OSI will be a well-capitalised company with a starting equity base of $108m and will be primed to start work immediately. Last, the dilution for Ezion?s existing shareholders is minimal at 2%. Overall, house keeps FY13-15 EPS forecasts as there is marginal impact from the restructuring. Ezion to buy 45.15% of enlarged Ocean Sky, inject marine ops 
EZION Holdings said on Monday that it is planning to buy 45.15 per cent of the enlarged share capital of Ocean Sky International. Ezion has proposed to subscribe for 440 million new Ocean Sky shares at S$0.108 each to be satisfied by the issue of 20.21 million new Ezion shares to Ocean Sky. In addition, Ezion is also proposing to buy 165 million share options. Each option carrys the right to subscribe for one new Ocean Sky share at the exercise price of S$0.108 each. Ezion plans to inject its marine supply base business into Ocean Sky. |

Ezion Holdings was Brokers top picks. DMG & Partners Research arm. Head of Research. Mr Terence Wong spots would be giants among SMEs. DMG has small Cap Model portfolio since its inception in July 2010. Ezion is the only stock left that has remain in it since inception and has seen stock price has risen more than three times as the company racks up impressive orders from blue-chip clients. Ezion is one of the best growth prospects among companies in DMG SMEs Research coverage, with earnings expected to surge 69% in each fot the next two years. DBS has TP of $3.20 cents. KEtrade has YHM TP of $0.34 cents.

Ezion Holdings (Ezion) has signed a JV agreement with Buccaneer Energy Ltd (Buccaneer) for the joint ownership of a jack-up rig with the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority. (AIDEA). Ezion will acquire a 50% interest in Kenai Offshore Ventures (the JV), which has secured a contract worth US$109.5m to provide a jack-up rig to support the offshore oil and gas activities in the Cook Inlet in Alaska for 5 years. Ezion will acquire a 50% interest. Backed by US$109.5m contract to provide a jack-up rig to support the offshore oil and gas activities.
