UPDATE ON POLICE REPORT References are made to the Coy?s announcements dated 23 Aug 2013 and 12 Sept 2013. Further to the Coy?s announcement on 12 September 2013, the Company has forwarded to the Commercial Affairs Department of the Singapore Police Force (?CAD?) the relevant documents that it has, as well as urged Mr Cao Xiangbin (?Mr Cao?) to attend the meeting requested by CAD in Singapore scheduled for today. However, Mr Cao informed the Coy that due to his health condition and work commitments, he would not be able to travel to Singapore for the proposed meeting. The Coy has informed CAD of the same and CAD has further requested Mr Cao to meetthem on a rescheduled date. New investors are paying about 3.5c (1st tranche), & 3.3c (2nd tranche) 1st tranche: 235m new shares @ 10c + 440m old shares transfer from ex-owner to new investors at nomimal $1 value = 3.5c /share 2nd tranche: 35m new shares @ 10c + 70m old shares from ex-owner at total of $1 = 3.3c / share free warrant exercise price at 10c/share. NAV = 9.67c/share (after 1st tranche) & 9.78c/share (after 2nd). All inclusive of new factory etc.etc. For retailers thinking of buying, use above as guide price, note especially new investors pay ONLY 3.5c per share. Good luck. Not vested. |

one per two ordinary shares. but u need to pay 0.10 per warrant to exercise it inorder to convert into share. dun think u can sell it in warrant form... so its not free... if it share drop below 0.10 warrant is not worth anything actually.

Thanks rabbitfoot. I remember reading somewhere mentioning every 1 share is to a certain number of warrant but forgotten the exact number..care to tell me that as well :)
