Can someone explain " Mr Hano Maeloa is deemed interested in the shares of Albedo Limited held by his mother, Mdm Oei Siu Hoa @ Sukmawati Widjaja" So... did Hano Maeloa took bought the shares from his mother? or he sold the share through his mother at 0.051 ?

Capitaland is buying tropicana city mall and the 12 storey office. http://www.thestar.com.my/Business/Business-News/2013/08/24/Tropicana-City-opens-door-for-acquisition-talk-to-CMMT.aspx Danny tan is going in big time and with another 2 more land parcel in the pipeline. If this news is on Singapore papers....I will leave you to decide how much the share price will be. Directors selling their shares, and if the deal do not go through, we all know this is call insiders trading. (They will be rewarded with free vacation at our changi chalet with free meals.) In fact we should thank them for reducing their shares first, then announce extension that Danny wants to buy 2 more land. What they do with the lands we will never know or participate. JV between Albedo and Tropicana most likely. We will know by 30th September. By adding two more lands, it shows the progress of the negotiations... Probably its about the price and number of shares to be issue and the board changes and who is steering the ship. Goodluck if you are vested....

Retailers? lol unlikely So its someone else who likely to take over .. All of the above are just my assumption. If the px today drops below 4c then you know this one has no more hope. Likely something else is in the cards. As someone said, most impt is not lose money (" ,) Huat ah~

Its inside the story. Tropicana is asset rich but cash light. Danny Tan cannot take Albedo alone as conflict of interest with Tropicana Only way is once RTO Albedo he will jv it with Tropicana and sell 2 more pieces land to Albedo to pass more assets to Albedo. Albedo will complement Tropicana As to why SSH sold to zero...good news... first he has nothing left to sell. Secondly, according to SGX rules, he cannot sell within a stipulated week of announcing bad news meaning insider trading. There is no bad news from the extension after all so he will not be question for selling by SGX. Sometimes I feel whenever there is an RTO coming, if it is so good why some SSH sell....but share price will go higher and higher. One recent history is YHM. Remember the SSH has plenty to sell until nothing yet YHM share price still goes up. What is going on behind the mind we do not know. Heck care...Most important is what you buy goes up. Could it be a somewhat masterplan that the richie riches are up to that we commoners wun understand? Reported previously that Malaysian tycoon Danny Tan is poised to take control of albedo. Just pondering deeply what is going on. Hmm..

Octavia      ( Date: 30-Aug-2013 10:28) Posted: Perhaps the recent sell down by two substantial stakeholders, its CEO Hano Maeloa and Lim Soon Fang, spooked shareholders after the company made the disclosure last evening. CEO Hano Maeloa sold 41m shares @ $0.051 on 27 Aug, reducing his stake from 5.69% to 2.63%. The share were held through his mother Mdm Oei Sui Hua. In addition on 26 Aug, Lim Soon Fang reduced his stake by 20m shares @ $0.05255 per share, bringing down the stake from 13.38% to 11.87%. Lim Soon Fang further reduced his stake on 28 Aug by 12m shares @ $0.0495 per share. Timeline looks interesting on the recent events: 15 Aug: Lim Soon Fang acquired 8m shares @ $0.021, stake increased from 12.83% to 13.43%. 19 Aug: Counter halted 20 Aug: Company announced its MOU for a potential RTO with Temasya Cergas Sdn Bhd 26 Aug and 28 Aug: Lim Soon Fang sold an aggregate 32m shares @ between $0.0495 - $0.05255 per share, brining stake from 13.38% to 10.65%
