cents to (0.71) Singapore cents, an increase of approximately 0.12 Singapore cents per

Share of the Company

Note

(1) Calculated based on the weighted average number of shares for financial year ended 31 December 2012 of

3,418,210,464 before the Subscription and 4,002,586,394 Shares of the Company as at 31 December 2012

after the Subscription.

(2) The proforma financial effects of the Subscription is set out Above, computed based on

mb7269 yup currently nta is minus . The reason why current investors r buying is due to a possible overhaul of the company. We did not buy at 90 cent we bought it at recent price . Those lucky enough to buy it at 08 had made 50% of profit now. ( as of close) but u r right. It is still a loss making company n hopefully all these investors willin to show such support mean good things in e future. Afterall no one will burn money like that right?

this counter was listed in early 2008 (Feb) at around .94, within only few months (7 months to be exact) plunged to below .20..

sept 2011 plunged to below .02....

walau.... what company is this...

looks like cannot recover to even .02 liao...

FY end result 2008 net Loss 65mil

FY end result 2009 net Loss 26mil

FY end result 2010 net Profit 5.7mil

FY end result 2011 net Profit 1.69mil

FY end result 2012 net Loss 30.9mil

Is it still good to invest... looks like company is not doing anything le... what is this...!
