x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	There appears to be a minor resistance at $0.885 and major support is at $0.85. $0.885 or other minor resistances along the way should be cleared in matter of days to come until we face the big teddy bear waiting for us at $0.995 to $1.015.  There appears to be a very conservative consensus estimate EBITDA margin  of 7.65% for financial year 2013 => translating to EBITDA margin of  ~7.7% for 3rd Q 2013 results. Next catalyst for Vard to really take off would be when next quarter results and EBITDA is much better than expected. Much worse, we may expect another plunge. Just some points to consider for those who intend to vest long term or who have already vested. =)

But it is weaker than expectation. US$1 bln contract win also cannot push it above 0.90.... Two of the vessels, of VARD 3 05 design, will be delivered in 2Q2016 and 3Q2016 respectively. The other two vessels, of VARD 3 16 design, will be delivered from Vard Promar in Brazil, in 4Q2016 and 2Q2017 respectively. When the stock price is sky high, they will exercise the option price (not declared) and sell to the market to reap a huge profit if they think the stock price has not much room to go further. In order for bull trend to be established, the moving averages must converge to form the golden cross (which has not form yet). It has to trend higher slowly. Let keep fingers crossed. Good luck!

Think 2Q margin marks the bottom, although the degree of potential improvements in 2H and 2014 is unclear 3Q margins should provide a clearer roadmap. An improved control and reporting system installed in Brazil should help identify problems earlier. Overall, Management is optimistic over new orders for 2H13.
