Moreover company is gearing like crazy in a acquisition binge which drastically increased financial risk. In event of wrong purchase of an overvalued asset, there is practically no leeway in the balancesheet.   Additionally , China is cracking down on corruption in the healthcare industry and its bound to affect many companies that bribes hospitals and doctors to help facilitate sales. Chances of increase pricing power is v low in the immediate term which can further depress revenue . Appearance of substitutes is also a margins killer especially in such inelastic niche market.   A 10c valuable fixed asset company stretched long with (0.7x1.3x4) 3.6c of extrapolated current year earnings selling at $1 is considered extended so once news of disappointing earnings hits it , will pullback sharply to it net tangible asset value less most of the goodwill, moderated by industry earnings PE valuation.  Company buying back shares at subtantially above BV will only serve to accelerated the shrinkage of NAV. Its just like hyflux, only its more extreme.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	All the way up, company buy back and fundamental stronger than a lot company. Recently most of the listed company have same issue on profit lower than previous year or previous quarter. There this is good counter to chase now. Invest another 40 lots today. Good luck

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Well from a fundamental analysis, I think the balance sheet is super strong... Its current asset is more than the total liabilities... Companies with such strong balance sheet are super rare.......I would keep buying at this price....

Those who play shares are very sure Market Got Trend and always follow the trend and not go against the trend. When trend down even you have 5 millions 10 millions so what.
