It is easier to directly apply licences to import equipment to better serve their customers in Myanmar.  They are now entrenched deeper in Myanmar. CEO have lots of contacts.   Great stock that will grow over time !

The three operators are the state-owned Myanmar Posts and Telecommunication (MPT), Yatanarpon Teleport (YTP) and recent private licence winner Telenor from Norway. The other license winner Ooredoo hasn?t announced the name of its supplier company yet but is currently also negotiating with Huawei. The US Congress expressed their concerns in 2012 over cyber security after intelligence agencies and security companies traced web attacks to China because of links between the Chinese government and Huawei. They asked the government not to allow the company communications contracts because of national security risks. Just last year, Australia banned the company from bidding for its national broadband fibre network because of security concerns. Huawei has since denied that it poses any security threat. " Now parliament is discussing the telecommunication by-law we must protect the security with what we can. If the companies are posing a threat to the security of the nation, we should oppose doing business with untrustworthy companies," said MP Myint Thein, a member of reform and development scrutinising committee."   Looks like Ntegrator will bebefit from these deals. This could be re-class to profit and should expect to same gain in the 2nd half  if USD stays strong throughout the year. So the PE will be better. If all goes well, Profit should look more like $3 to $4 milion by end of the year. Diluted PE should be around 20+x if price hit 10 cents.
