Yiming 2000...maybe buy some REX inter'l will hit $1..imagine 500lots ipo only get 1 lot and still subject to balloting..each announcement of oil exploration or discovery of oil will push this counter higher..tightly held..cornered..trust me ..can still make$$$

Friend starlene, yes I made money on Maxi-cash because of you. You have great stock tips and you move very fast moving in and out like a ballroom dancer. My timing is not as good as yours. That is why I dare not follow you too much to avoid falling on the dance floor and lose money.

Yiming 2000 I was out of Biosensor $1.35 plus quite somw time liao..and U make $$$ from Maxi-cash..should recover some losses..hei opportunity here again buy 500lots Rowsley at 42 cts and wait for it to hit 45-48cts sell...many rounds liao...just try it///even if hold at 42cts still ok 2 free warrants for every 1 mother shares held..last AGM the directors very sure it will b3 2nd half 2013 the approval...it has been at this level> 40cst since March 2013 except for occasional dip < 40cts ..every time it dip I bought again..replicate this a few times,u make $$$ to recover all yr losses in Bio...

Agree, high net profit margin and sustaining revenue stream is the key to open the door to the northern pole. I read that the mgt guideline is 15% grow this year right? Let's give them the benefit of doubts first. Oh, the chairman had recently exercise option to buy 8.6m share tho at < 50cts/s. Things to consider? |

Friend cyc818, don't just look at the cash hoard which is USD 614 as reported in the balance sheet. Biosensors has USD 770 million of its assets classified as intangible and goodwill. If you write this off, its net asset value would shrink by 50%. Also, Biosensors had raised more than USD 200 million debt. The only hope is its high net profit margin and sustaining revenue stream to keep this company (and stock price) from tanking. The other hope is that there are some good crooked secret plans the owners of 80% of Biosensors have in the pipeline. Let's pray they don't siphon off that USD 614 million cash pile through acquisitions of phony shell companies. So far, USD 51 million was spent on Spectrum Dynamics which is worth only USD 7 million with no near-term accretive value. I hope my fears about Biosensors are wrong. I wish some smart guys in this forum can convince me that I am wrong. Maybe they have all dumped their stocks and disappeared. |

Friend sinmathi, don't be so hard on yourself. You must have bought Biosensors a long time ago like me when everything about Biosensors were hot. I bought in at 1.45 when OCBC securities called the target price at 1.80 nearly more than a year ago. Since 80% of the stock is held by Chinese investment companies (probably linked to China's politicians?), there is no danger of damage done by small investors like us dumping the stock. We will have to go along for the ride and hope for some upside potential. | ||||

yiming2000, what i can said is you enter in the wrong timing..... amitabha... I don't think they will let this stock move below $1 with so much cash$$$ in their hand .... & nobody dare to short it... yesterday 15 lot & today 41 lot....

Friend cyc818, I don't have a good feeling about Biosensors. Kim Eng securities have a hold on this stock with target price $1.17. I am not trying to talk the price down because I am vested 20 lots at 1.45. I picked up the courage yesterday to look at my paper losses and they are $9,000! And my dividends will be $500. I need to pray to Kuan Yin for help with your gut feel.
