The company is pleased to  inform Shareholders that it has today obtained SGX-ST approval for a further extension of time till 31 August 2013 for the Company to implement its proposal for the resumption of trading of the Company’s Shares on SGX-ST.

 Alert Admin 		saw gaoxian new giant factory is really eye opening in sgx annoncwment. this is what you get if you do things fast in constructing the factory rather than going through the formal framework. there is big future for gaoxian. how fast can you construct the big plant here. submission to building authority will you back by at least 2 years.

what price when trading resume?

i estimate around 5c only - since the new major shareholder (Dymon Asia) is paying 3.46c per share (average cost).

Dymon Asia Fund : subscribed for 270m new shares at 10c each + chairman CaoXB sold 510m of his own shares to Dymon for free (@$1 nominal value). therefore, average cost to Dymon = 3.46c per share.

All existing shareholders to receive free warrant 1-for-2 at exercise price of 10c - but nobody is going to put in new monies, so this has limited impact.

So many is now awaiting to get out, yet as many is playing on short, my take is even BBs is willing, the market for CGX  is really in bad shape,  if not worst  of, a scenario that play out b4, for EG: 0.40c > 0.30c and slope down to halt at 0.19c, fallen from a high of 0.26c on just one day trade. It fallen by 0.07c

This time on opening for trading, it will even open up a bigger downward gap. MACD signal will fall further. It is likely players will start selling /  shorting at around 0.12c, and down to 0.05c.

 Alert Admin 		On last day of trading, 21Mar2011, there was a huge surge of shares change hands, volume is abt 138Million shares.   If resume trading at least this amount should be dump into the mkt without shorties efforts therefore Shorties will use this volume to estimate their action.

On sharing my own opinion,

Today players here, still very confident and has recommended a most recently target px of up to 0.65c on KOSPI.

Ever since news of dual listing broke on early Oct 2010, by the privilege few on 1st hand info gathered, China gaoxian traded price has since rocket from it bottom low of less then 20c -22c to where it was now, settling to low of 0.415c -0.435c, and after hitting a peak high of 0.465c - 0.470c on heavy traded volume.  

On players in Korea (KOSPI news) Growth is slowing this year, investment risk is the thing - outrunning

teeth53 - On Korea Analysts indicative commented it wisdom is worrying,

On the recent share price soared. This somewhat strange phenomenon can be called.

Domestic investors to invest in a little recently jumped China that the island is part of what we should have to worry
