Strong public approximately 19.1x subscribed by retail investors, while the Placement Tranche fully subscribed on the back of strong demand from institutional and other investors. Debuts today at 2pm. IPO price of $0.88 per unit has implied 2013 annualized yield of 7.36% and 2014 yield of 7.46%. This is compared to hospitality REIT average of 6.45% and 6.35% for 2013E and 2014E respectively. | ||||||

No need to fret..load up on its related co Auric Pacific and O.U E are all linked to Lippom group..Auric NAV $1.87,in the past used to be like Cerebos $3-5 stock..with Ms Saw at the helm..keep under your pillow sure make i also very tempted. my family have to buy 1 loaf of sunshine every other day. it's time they gave me something back   Close at high $1.43 with good vol as at Jul 24
