x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	DIGICEL has been in Myanmar much longer than anyone foreign Telcos.Digicel is street ahead than Singtel. IMO, Digicel(the strongest contender)and either Singtel or KDDI or MTN most like will be awarded the license tomorrow. I'm not too sure YOMA will drop 10 cents if it won't get the telco license.
