In my yrs in stock, there was a few these story, and some analyst are too carry away, and project their business to be glamour. They are now under water. I do not see this one to be any different, Give it some time , it is going home to where it come. If you are sitting on good profit, take it, do not fall in love with story, unless it is proven like Ezion. go long here is must a better bet.

ISDN: received official endorsement from Myanmar?s Ministry of Electricity naming ISDN as the new partner in the Kalewa coal-fired power plant. ISDN replaces the formerly appointed partner, China Guodian Corp. ISDN will jointly develop the project together with Myanmar-based Tun Thwin Mining (TTMCL), one of Myanmar?s leading coal exploration companies, via a 85/15 JV. The clean-tech power plant will have ample access to water from the largest tributary of the Irrawaddy River and is expected to be developed in two phases. Both phases will be equipped with an installed base capacity of 270 MW, taking full generating capacity to 540 MW. This comes on the back of a May ?13 agreement with TTMCL, to form a JV co that will acquire TTMCL?s concession rights to a 4,500 acre coal mine and to subsequently develop the coal mine for production. Feasibility studies show the coal mine has a high coal-grade exceeding 6,000 calorific value. | ||||

The stock's 12x increase from $0.115 at the start of the year to $1.445 at the peak in mid Jun, makes it vulnerable to volatile retracements such as the one we saw last wk. However substantial shareholder Karl Walter Braun has cut his stake to 6.11% from 7.29% on 20 Jun via the disposal of 4.3m shares in the open market. Proposes to undertake a 1-for-2 renounceable non-underwritten rights-cum-warrants issue at an issue price of $0.02 for each warrant with exercise price of $0.60. Update on previously announced proposed acquisition of 41% and 80% stake in PT Prisma Karun Energy and PT Potensia Tomini Energi respectively. Prisma has to date inked a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Indonesia’s state-run power distribution company, PLN, to develop a mini hydropower plant in South Sulawesi, with yearly revenue ranging btwn US$4-5m over the tariff of IDR 787 or US 8ct per KWh. Construction is expected to commence early next year and is expected to last 18-24 mths. Potensia is in the process of signing a similar agreement in central Sulawesi. Mgt’s goal is to increase portfolio size to 100MW by end FY14 with a view to doubling it within the next 3-5 yrs. Mgt is also looking at Sumatra as another possible region for hydropower devt and at matured hydropower plants as a form of acquisition. Believes the mini hydropower plant model is a replicable and scalable concept with relatively low running costs btwn 0.5 to 0.7 US cts per KWh. The projects will be financed with a combination of equity and project debt financing. The stock remains on trading halt. |
