 Alert Admin 		Ther is a gap at 98. Usually either it will cheong all the way to the next resistance level and corrrect thereafter or correct the same day.

Based on the volume. , looks like it will hit 110 before closing the gap.

Maybe wrong but today looks like it will hit 1dollar at most.
Still got 10 % upside. For this month.
Strong support 94.

It doesn't matter. Usually all stocks involving in such bid will start to move 2-3 weeks before announcement is made. And all will move highrr to reflect as if each of them will win.
Clearly this is aniticpating future growth.
So never buy on that week of announcement cos news are likely to be leaked by then esp in Myanmar.

To cut it short buy now before too late but hv to hold la. Later DJ eartyquake Myanmar still can tahan. TA clearly vr favourably but once cross 110 risk reward will not be in favour of buyer.

Rem none of us in SJ can move Yoma. Just dun move against the trend.

I am not sure the consortium of DIGICEL is the dark horse.but they have made a smart move by revealing to the whole world what they intend to do:
- Invest $6.6 billions
- Launch 4G mobile network and achieve 52 %population cover by this year and rising to 96% by 2016.
These are some of the commitment by DIGICEL.
So far I have not seen SINGTEL or other players announcing their plan.
The selection committee will have to be very transparent and fair in awarding the license

Read in The Sunday Times today that executives described their trips to Myanmar as " Look, listen, learn - and leave" after  seeing first-hand the lack of electricity, terrible roads, eager but very under-educated workforce & over-whelmed government officials in Myanmar.  I feel that Vodafone + China Mobile dropped out of the intense competition might be a good investment decision.

Yet " no pain, no gain" could be true with good luck. As long as you could earn some $$$ from it, YOMA could be one of Your Opportune Myanmar Assets. I'm not vested but wish good luck to those vested.（ *^_^*）

Wonder  Myanmar would grant more license(s) in the future to any of the losers? Exciting and tough competition in this high risk &   good potential? business. Interesting mental betting...

 Alert Admin 		if digicel will win for sure, likely the market already factor in the high chance of getting it into this current price & smart interested buyers should have bought it earlier & not nearing the news.. if market has not factor this in this current price, then that means they think digicel will be a dark horse, so the chance of getting wont be that high.. nonetheless, we never know if there will be last minute buying interest this few weeks just before the announcement, but one thing quite likely is ppl will sell on news.. last minute buyers will be burnt nevertheless in short term, & have to pray that long term yoma does indeed promises what they predict to be..

 Alert Admin 		yoma will not be the only option that myanmar has to go to.. competition will be stiff & not everything will go to yoma.. but anyway, just trying to moderate the over bullishness & give a polite shake & calm reminder to investors who may got over-hype & just following the herd.. if u guys know what u are doing, assess your risk appetite & see the potential despite its price moving ahead of its current fundamentals, then wish u all luck.. congrats in advance if yoma do become a multi-bagger:) im just a super cautious contrarian investor lol

With Myanmar opening up and YOMA businesses in property,automobile, tourism, hotel,retail, agriculture will have great potential for great growth.
$2-$3 is not impossible ... Maybe in 2015 or earlier.
For me, I invest for long term.

& that's why now the share price is 1dollar.. people have flocked into this stock because of the backing they have.. the people who have vested in yoma earlier are not blind but smart & have seen the potential it has & that's why they bought it.. subsequent buyers are just following the herd.. assuming everything went successful, they got the deal, reaping back some profits from their investment gradually but no more new news.. do u think it will continue to creep up into becoming like 2 or 3 dollars or even more if no more good news? those late buyers will be wondering that it's weird when price dont go up even as yoma slowly reap the benefits assuming there is.. but they forgot market has already more or less factor in the possibility of getting the deal, & is likely to sell on good news.. that's what i meant they are predicting & going in before news.. furthermore, those poor followers who now then start to buy yoma will be the ones that will take the beating first if the prediction went wrong & yoma didnt manage to get the deal.. yoma did make some money, but remember they have not make that much significant realised profits yet to account for it's current price.. they have went ahead of their fundamentals.. investors are already buying it by predicting they are going to earn big bucks.. it wasnt rational if u think about it, when u compare with companies that have been making steady profit with low p/e ratio.. so at the end of the day, what i want to say is u have to know the risk when u bought a share that keep going up & up, especially ahead of what they are worth currently, & whether u are willing to accept the risk of predicting wrongly..

Thanks, Atom99. I'm not vested, just for sharing...

The two winning firms will be selected based on a 67% technical score and a 33% financial score. And the two licenses will be awarded with a fairly conventional 15-year term and 10-year renewal.

The competition is so keen & even if granted the license, there is no guarantee of success. I think Team Yoma stands a good chance in this competition unless politics  are also  involved (like give 1 license  to Japan team  etc). Good luck to Team Yoma.

If the consortium of DIGICEL + SORO'S QUANTUM FUND +YOMA,being awarded one of the telco license. YOMA most likely will be a minority shareholder. Under the T&C set by Myanmar gov., DIGICEL (experience operator)must be the majority shareholder of at least 45% leaving 55% to share among SORO'S and YOMA.(I would guest YOMA take 15%).
