x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Company cannot off load their own shares, I  think,  they can only purchase their shares in the market, call shares buy-back. The price movement is very subjective  at  this point in time,but I think is moving towards stablization -  Short selling volime is dropping and price/volume movement  is small. In the longer run, one should look at the potential income stream and decide when to enter and hold. However, we should be looking at  $50 million to  $55 million for 2013 and margin should improve as they move towards higher  GP  maintenance  projects,   so with $50 million sales at 24% Gross Margin and expenses of around $7.5 million, price should be around 11 cents at 15x PE and 15 cents at 20x PE. Questions will be what should be the right PE for Ntegrator and what other opportunities such as new project pipeline and M& A

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	There is poor liquidity on trading of Ntegrator warrants,  spreads are big. So  some warrants holders will choose to exercise warrants and sell shares after exercised. However, with the bonus issue coming, they could be  holding it for bonus issue.  On another note,  when DB sells the shares, since they are bank nominee of one of the director, you should see a filing with SGX. I don't believe Ntegrator is  having financial difficulties as they have very strong balance sheet and with good cash position.
