x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This should be GOOD NEWS, because the consultants have confidence in the Company, and willing to accept shares in lieu of $$$, like employee share option scheme. Likewise, investors buy into a company, paying $$$ for shares because they have confidence and faith in the Company. $$$ is stagnant (fixed), while the returns on shares could be multi-fold.
