x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I doubt the accuracy of 13.03.2013 daily short sell report, becos there r no ways to clarify the numbers.  Even large quantities of blue chip counters r being short sell, true or not.

Market action will comprise of buy and sell, oversell or overbuy. Even naked shorts carried out by retail players will not disrupt the orderliness of the market as the buy back is within a short period of time and within a small amount of money.  If there are big players masquerading as small retail players, they can be easily controlled by regulating the credit limit allocation of  broking firms. A real view of gigantic disorderliness which disrupts the market (like the case of Muddy Waters) is to look at the borrowings in the CFD market and to regulate the big boys.
