x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Oh, found it. The  disclosure released this afternoon. Thanks. Make sense now  why Credit Suisse become the substantial shareholder. That is to say that up till yesterday, retail investor contributed about 2% and OZ contributed about 4% of the acceptance offer.
