x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I am newbie. Based on my opinion, CMZ has good fundamentals with good business prospect of venturing into high end vegetable. It is also cheap with P/E ratio around 4-5. Recent price drop is due to possibility of Indofood acquisition. If Indofood do not intend to acquire, then price will shoot up and continue uptrend. to 1.25 or higher? Any one has opposing opinion? please share. Anyway, why is GIC important at all? Indofood has much more synergy with CMZ than GIC. GIC is merely an investment that does not grow the business so GIC is much like you and I. Again, please share your thoughts. I am vested. FYI.

Chances of Indofood to become controlling shareholder or privatation is higher now. ************ The Company refers to the announcement made on 8 March 2013 in relation to the proposed issue of senior notes due 2018 by the Company (the “Proposed Notes Issue”) and the commencement of investors’ meetings on 11 March 2013 in connection with the Proposed Notes Issue (the “Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, all terms used herein shall bear the same meaning as in the Announcement. Following the completion of the recent acquisition of approximately 14.38% of shareholding interest by PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (“Indofood”) from Tetrad Ventures Pte Ltd, Indofood now holds in aggregate approximately 29.33% of the total issued share capital of the Company. As such, the Company intends to defer the investor meetings in respect of the Proposed Notes Issue to a later date so as to update the offering memorandum that will be issued in connection with the Proposed Notes Issue and take on board Indofood’s inputs on the future plans and business strategies of the Group. Further announcements in respect of the Proposed Notes Issue and the new dates for the investors' meetings will be made by the Company in due course.
