x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	In the case of a similar convertible loan by Ezion the price was around 60c and it was convertible at around 30c I think, there was no real effect on price. This was because there was no sudden exodus of conversions by all at the same time... Most investors reduce slowly because those who release would not want the price to collapse too plus if they convert gradually, the unconverted portion still generates an interest payment... So that is why there will be dilution in stages only... And as price went up in Ezions case, there were placements at higher and higher prices to set new high base prices... Hopes this is acceptable explanation
