Powerful shakeout. Next move should be up but speed bumps expected due to contra due. Stay vested, this is going to be a multi-bagger if RTO goes through, which is likely. I won't really believe everything. I buy and sell contel without using any charts. Just watching the swinging is good enough because you need fast action to trade this stock. On longer term, I think should be able to go above 12.5 cents.
