2011: 2,323

2012: 9,395

2012 is at least 4 times of 2011. Looks promising. I regret nv load up. 0.198 is really a good price! Even 0.199 also can buy! Think can hit 0.23 easily within 1 hour trading.

IPCO International Ltd announced that it had, on November 15, 2012, jointly with Innopac Holdings Limited (" Innopac" ), a company listed in the main board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and a Chinese businessman, Mr. Su Xuan (" Mr. Su" ), incorporated a new joint venture company in Singapore named Sino Gas Holdings Pte. Limited (" Sino Gas" ). The initial issued and paid-up share capital of Sino Gas is S$10,000. The Company and Innopac has each subscribed and allotted 45% of the share capital. Mr. Su has subscribed and allotted the remaining 10% of the share capital. Sino Gas is incorporated to invest in natural gas or natural gas related projects in the People's Republic of China, particularly in Shandong province....

Of course u wont sell for 100 million because the oil and gas venture they are getting worth billions......

if Mr. Gutnick uses S$60 mil to buy 10% shares of innopac, 300 mil shares x S$0.20, he can take over his own company Merlin Diamonds with this S$ 60 mil cash. Market Cap of Merlin Diamonds is only between AUD 50 - 60 million.
