But their net profit will be hit very hard by the cooling measures and the increase in foreign worker levy. By giving discount, their profit margin will decrease and there will be price competition between developers... The fall of property counters may be even worse than YZJ.

Dividend has been consistent and management seems to be very proactive in managing profit and future business stream. In long term, probably have chance to increase multi-folds.
