I am guessing Myanmar Golden Star could in some way get a local licence or play some part in the businese else why would it need consultancy service from Mdr. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Lim Chin Tong sold 109 million of his mother share. He didnt convert his warrant to sell. He still holding to hundred millions of warrant. Maybe he thinks its time to take some profit off but we dont see him selling anymore since.
