Yes I'm also curious whoever is absorbing the buying, how come is not listed as a substantial shareholder or major shareholder? By right whoever is absorbing so many shares should be listed IIRC...

base on 5 year graphs, IPCO is 0.06. It dropped all the way down to 0.022 today. Given its cash on hand it still doesn't go up. It seemed to be a big problem here. If IPCO keep its track record which is highly possible, its definitely a down trend. There's no up trend at all. If can reach 0.03, we all can laugh already. I dont think there's another chance to hit 0.03 unless someone pump it up. | ||

About 2300m shares sold between 2.2c to 3c for Dec and Jan, retailers cannot eat so much, then who is holding ? |

They already sold a lot to retailers at 2.7 to 3 cents when everyone thought it going to cheong the previous week

I have been thinking of this question as well. I think another reason could be VCAM not interested in the further appreciation of share price. They were the lender to IPCO with the only objective of interest income during the loan period + capital gain when the share converted. Once the share converted, they just sell it in the market and take back the principal... They could be a fund manager who has lower risk appetite and do not invest in pennies.. Personal view, peace :) PS: I am vested.

A question I believe on everybody's mind would be if IPCO is highly undervalued, why would VCAM unload them all at such a undervalued price instead of holding them over a longer term till it higher to reap bigger rewards?
It got me thinking the past few week's high volume trades did they "create a show" to sell frm "left pocket" to "right pocket" to make retailers like us think they have unloaded them? After when we all thought they have unloaded and when retailers are loading, they might just be selling the shares frm "right pocket" to us... |

This ipco company is a strange and funny company, it is a substantial shareholder of blumont and inno pacific. however ipco itself, Other than VCAM, so far there is no other substantial shareholders holding more than 5% of ipco total shares. When VCAM sold all its converted shares next week, then it will also ceased to become the substantial shareholder of IPCO. | ||

The best is a change of IPCO management or entry of white knight and new potential substantial shareholders, then we may see the price rise high.

Another way for it to go up is the management decide to sell its blumont and innopac. Declare it profits 80 million and return to share holders 1.2 cents as special dividend. Then we may see 3 cents. Lol | ||

Small gamble with spare change is ok for this counter. Must not "mau" solely based on rumors frm forumers.
Initially I was thinking the amount of floating shares issued was a problem, but then I realized Golden Agri has like 12.84 billion issued shares... Compared to 6 or 7billion shares(correct me if I'm wrong with this) for IPCO? |

Just did a quick look on the financials of ipco. Looks quite ok. But when I see isolator promoting it. I immediately dismiss it as a potential buy. Won't be looking it anymore | ||

Lol, no offense. Everyone who like ipco has already load up ipco and hope hope hope. Just like everyone who likes Iphones has bought it now apple shares will not go up.
