x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	One of the initial joint announcements by Ezion and YHM is that Ezion had no intention to buy over the company and they wish to keep YHM as an associate company of theirs.  However due to regulatory requirements Ezion is holding a substantial shareholding, Ezion has to make an offer to YHM shareholders to buy over their shares. The price offered by Ezion was $0.0018. If i remember correctly, they mentioned this offer price will not change or something like that. UNLESS: 1) some kuku shareholders who own 6% of YHM go tick yes and sign and return the letter, else the take over will fail and YHM shall remain as an associate company of Ezion.  2) Ezion decided to change their decision and do the buying in open market. This scenario I feel its unlikely to happen.
