There is a rumour that pacific health and health way want to merge, both are badly manage loss making companies and their merger will sure result in a HELLWAY for non insider shareholders. Avoid them at all cost. All their directors and executives are running away months ago. They may be chased out of listing soon.

the revenue for 1H2012 is not showing any improvement from 1H2011 the improvement in the profit comes from the other operating income which is not indicative that the company's top line is improving.furthermore, staff cost is increasing while the revenue is falling .they will have to do more to control the cost.
