x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	HDB rules on renting have flipflop a few times. Looks like b4 1997, must stay in HDB and rent out Condo. Then they changed to can stay in Condo and rent out HDB. There was too much noise from the public the last few yrs, they went back to the new old ruling. Must check the ruling with HDB as it looks like HDB flats  bought prior to the new ruling is not sujected to the new ruling but still need to satisfy the minimum period of occupation by owner. oldflyingfox      ( Date: 01-Oct-2012 22:54) Posted: You can only rent out condo and stay in HDB, not the other way. In today's context, absolutely normal for companies today have debt(s).... even Noble Group who holds alot of cash - for liquidity, financing and acquisition - has Debt too. I think it's ignorant to play up the 'debt' term.
