Probably takes about 3 months to look into every penny counter and understand their business.  There a number of the making yearly profit counters but no play at all.  If you invest you have to wait until some bigboys cannot tahan and forced to play them,  esp those counters held by brokerage and bank nominees or big  towkays.  One day if they want to get rid of the holdings, they will  push before dumping. A better scenario will be the directors of these companies might one day feel better to buy back shares and privatise their companies  than to linger aimlessly in the sg stock market.
