Pennies stk will have to find it own sweet stories, timing and result,  in releasing their sentiment, as today think Oceanus did find it own feet where I think it got attention from BBs. Volume oredi indicated so...so when?. I really don't know, a matter of time,  well it oso mean  eg - Unifiber in this case for me.

BTW Oceanus is traded as TDRs in Taiwan Stk exchange, and worldwide people are watching, throwing and adding shares to their portfolios.
