why did he do it? and when is the cd going to be announced ??are they paying or not? how come he sells and then indicates will be taking scrips not dividends.... what is happening? |

Qingmei Group Holdings Ltd announced that its Executive Chairman and CEO, Mr. Su Qingyuan had sold 23 million vendor shares in Qingmei to private investors. I agree with victortan: we should not get paranoid about the S-chips' accounts. The scrip dividend is expected but as someone posted in another forum, the best question to ask at AGM is : will the chairman take scrip or cash dividend? Re:Qingmei -- will chairman take scrip or cash dividend? |

i think at these time alot of other good counter also faces selldown,I think it is redemption by big boy to cover losses eslewhere.My K-Green also got selldown by Temasek.from 1.03 to 94c. I think this one should not have any problem so fast, it just listed in March of 2010.How can so fast got into trouble. i saw some major transaction, maybe a married deal between the big boy. |

Lack of catalyst i believe. Somemore, due to it's high dividend payout rate, the growth of the company will be limited i guess | ||
