The chain of events is reconstructed below: Prior to 13 May: China Sky requested SGX for extension of time to file Q1 results. Reasons  in support of request  appear to be weak but we don't know what exactly. 13 May: SGX turned down request stating: " No extenuating circumstances" to grant it. 16 May (AM): China Sky announced - Q1 will be out on or before 20 May. 16 May (Noon): China Sky simply ref. to SGX previous reply of 13 May.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Correction: All-time low was 12c (9 Mar 2009). Today's low was 13c (done 34 lots only). Those vested  - too late to dump now - might as well wait out for 5 more days...if they really report by then. Buyer Q quite strong at 13c & 13.5c.
