What worries investor from entering 1) tonite Fed addressing 2) complete halt of Qe2 3) adjustment of 25 basic pts increase 4) china uncertainty.

I somehow feel they have grown too big and diversified into too many property sectors that it is too difficult to manage properly. That is just my personal view, that's why I chose something more simple and exciting. But it's been disappointing so far.

Is this permanent one, or long term one?  I believed 2nd quater will in much better shape, once the other 3 malls in china in full operations. They make monies not only in building the malls, but also on mall operations management. But remember CMA is more or less than a reit. So, be sure. CPL is going through rough times currently, as all shifus heres knows. China is difficult country to operate. It may takes sometimes to realise its valued. As i know, funds are slowly accumaluting on this counter. Cos, oil and rigs are showing weakness. Agriculture are over . What are left- Dividend stocks (M1, Starhub, SPH etc) , and property stocks... thats are the ones left for them to accumulate.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	my personeel veie on yr issues- 1) cma is a concentrated counter, which banks in malls (mostly in china). 2) CPL is much wider scope, which diversify in several activities. It depends on yr personnal view, whether u think Malls will be much better bet rather than properties. Or properties return will be much better than malls operations. These 2 counters fundamental are still positive. Win if u are right, wrong, then learn from mistakes. Thats the rulkes of investing world. No one is a better than the others...All investors i believed just want to makes sure their monies grows... I seen others valued investors putting their information (personnal) , does not means they instigate others to " long" . They are sharing what they knew... what bothers u? If u think differently, ignore them, and trade to yr belief. Why makes yrself to be so hated by others? Respect, as i respect those friends (even my own friends) against long...be with it, listen to their view, maybe they are right...and most important learn....and u will make less mistakes in future...lad...

For long term  investor, " wound" is only occurred when they " sell' at the wrong price, which earns less profit... So thats is the different.. Holding power is the " main" factor for  values investor  in shares market. " correctness' and " flexibilty" are the factors for manupulating the matket... short all u can . The best to 3.00 ... and who is more happier?? u or me???

Or u going to say u " actually" shorted at 4.06 long before it falls...hahahaha. u makes my day. Kills my boredom. At least someone to kills my times. Too boring at home, doing nothing. " shorted" sighted u really make my day, serious. to know one foolness , making endless post, just to poke, but in the end he is the one who get hurt... laughed at a person who shorted last few days at 3.37-3.44 , still saying he is counting monies, laughing to the bank..oh my god.....or crying to the bank.....

Only those long term  players and business builder. Thats is why i wonder how come he likes to short- is it becos he has limited funds? Or he is just want to shows that he knows too much. As i said long before, we long term nevee, never bother short term price movement- but he does. When it down, we accumulate more- thats easy. All the way to $3/-, lagi best...buy below book value.. He seems don understand , and keeps biting on long term investor.  What wrong with him???? Maybe i we  (long term) should leave this forum , for good. So he  (shorter) has his own say....lol.....He do not understand this company fundamental, thats all. Those who familiar understd that this gem is yet to prove its worth- due to the constraint investment in china and vietnam. It they turn out unexpected good,  noone could able to vest  at this level ever.
